The Easy Fitness Ticket is your BEST BUY! Offering three months of Jazzercise free each year, compared to the Regular 2-month pass. Unlimited class pass, good in all Birmingham area locations with periodic VIP privileges. Ask for details in class!
2 Month
$90.00
Good for unlimited classes within a 2 month period. May be used in all regular format classes. If in doubt, call Leisa at 481-0895.
Joining Fee
$35.00
A one-time fee paid by New Clients and those with expired tickets for three months or longer.
Walk-In
$10.00
For occasional attendance. Remember, if you attend only once a week, EFT is still your best purchase option.

Other pricing options may be provided for groups, family members living in the same household and Senior rate for 65 and over. Call for details.
EFT is an auto-transfer from a checking or credit card account. It can be stopped at anytime with proper notification after the first withdrawal.
In order to bring the best value possible to our clients, we have chosen not to increase our 2008 EFT prices. This is our commitment to you because you have expressed your commitment to Jazzercise!
Accounts can be placed on 'Hold" for up to two months for medical reasons with proper verification. All requests for 'Holds' must be submitted in writing to your class owner.

The EFT 'Best Buy' rate is just that, the best possible price even if you take a few weeks off. Compared to the 2 mon. pass, EFT clients receive three months of free classes each year! When is the money transferred?
The money will be transferred from the account you provided (either checking account or credit card) on the first of the month.
No. When you re-enroll your EFT rate will be whatever the current EFT rate is. If you have been away for three months or longer, you will incur a new Joining Fee also.
If I stop coming to class, will you automatically cancel me?
No. It is the responsibility of every client to notify our office by email or in writing 7-10 days prior to month you wish to cancel. Do not assume your account has been closed unless you have received a reply from our office. We respond to all accounts in a professional and timely manner and appreciate the same courtesy from our customers.
What if I need to change my withdrawal to another account of mine?
Call our office or email to leisa@getfitalabama.com and request an amendment form. This form must be in our office before the 15th of the month to allow time for the change by the following month.
What if I want to stop my EFT account?
We fortunately have a generous cancellation policy. If you cancel in writing or email (leisa@getfitalabama.com) by the 15th of the month BEFORE you wish to make other payment arrangements you owe nothing. If you cancel AFTER the 15th of the month, you ONLY OWE for the next month. Nothing more.
